This 75ft New York Commuter Yacht was designed by John Wells and built by Henry Nevin in 1928.  Depth Charge acquired this neglected beauty from its previous owners in 2020.  While not currently sea-worthy, there is a possibility for refurbishment if there is a committed soul to do it. 100% mahogany and teach throughout.  Fixtures in excellent condition.  Available for purchase outright or  individual electronics are available for sale (All low hours/low usage).  If she is to be dismantled, the mahogany, teak and fixtures would make excellent pieces for wood reclamation business owners and those working with antique/vintage pieces.
